EMDR Trained for Perinatal & Infant Mental Health

Nicole uses her EMDRIA approved EMDR training as a vital part of her trauma-informed approach to all perinatal mental health care.

Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD

Nicole is trained in the use of EX/RP therapy to target symptoms of OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and phobias.  This therapy allows the individual to be gradually introduced to stimuli that provoke the obsessive thoughts without performing the rituals/compulsions that reinforce that thought.
